Comments: I have been married to Mike Lecher since 1988. We have two girls Jessica (13) and Sarah (11). I am the Director/RN for Chadron Community Hospital's Home Health, Hospice & Cardiac Rehab. Comments: My wife Mary and I have been married for 17 years. Twin daughters, Rebecca and Stephanie age 14 and Jacob age 10. They attend St. Pat's and McDaid Catholic schools. I have worked for Nebraska Public Power District for over 15 years now. I started with the irrigation division, joined the engineering group in North Platte after earning an Associates Degree in Mechanical Drafting. Moved into the project and construction management role. Now, I'm the Operations and Maintenance team leader responsible for the Ainsworth Wind Energy Facility. I'll graduate from Bellevue University next month with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration for Technical Studies. Mary works at the Walmart Distribution Center here in North Platte. We enjoy watching our kids in sports. Jake is a soccer and football stud and also races go-karts. The girls are awesome in volleyball and track. We have a show car that takes a lot of our time, a 1963 Nova SS Convertible.

Comments: I have been living in Hickman for about 4 years. I'm currently employed at Norris School for 3 years as a Special Ed Para working with a 7th grade student with CP. Yes, this is the school that was hit by the tornados last May.
Rod is a Firefighter/Paramedic for Lincoln Fire Department. We have 1 son in fifth grade. Love to go to Husker baseball games.

Andrew & Micah will be attending Chadron State College this fall as a sophomore and freshman and Emily will be a freshman at Cozad High School. We will be staying busy chasing the boys as they will be wrestling as CSC and Emily will be a cheerleader for CHS. In my spare time I enjoy reading, gardening and working with our dogs and horses. I have been employed with Paulsen Inc for 10+ years.

I am employed by Nebraska Public Power District and Regina has in home daycare plus caring for our kids is a job in itself. I enjoy hunting, fishing and have a Simmental cow herd we travel the state showing.
