As your information comes in and is approved, it will be added to our web site. The web site administrator reserves the right to reject or edit the information. Physical addresses except for city and state, will not be posted on web site. Addresses will be added to a database to assist class representatives when they begin to plan for reunions. Please note most fields are required to be filled in for submission. Thank you for taking time to submit. You also may use this form to update your information as you need. Just make a note of that in the 'comments' field when you are updating information. Some folks have reported having problems submitting the form.
